Background
McHugh Lee is passionate about results and client satisfaction…as one of our consultants, McHugh serves in various project support roles as both a Business Analyst and Project Manager. His focus is providing accurate and on-time delivery of project tasks while ensuring that the specifications of the client are met to their utmost satisfaction. He has participated in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from analysis and design, to implementation and testing, through evaluation. McHugh’s technology services experiences span a variety of industries, including transportation, financial services, healthcare, construction, insurance, and city governments.
Prior to joining Farr Systems, McHugh worked as a Senior Director in Operations Management for a national non-profit organization. His experiences included implementing a variety of strategies focused on increasing market share through corporate partnerships, membership retention and customer service quality enhancement.
